We currently work mainly with BlueExpress and Starken; however, we can make shipments through other transport companies with prior agreement and at the customer's responsibility.

Payments are made through MercadoPago. You can pay with debit or credit cards, and if you wish to make bank transfers, you can write to us at ventas@vendotodito.cl

Orders take between 3 and 5 days depending on the distance they are shipped and the shipping times of the carrier companies.
You will receive tracking information for your package via email once it has been shipped.

Duration: 20 days from delivery.

Conditions: We only cover damages affecting the product's functionality or integrity. We do not accept returns for other reasons.

Procedure: Contact us immediately if there are problems. We need visual evidence (photos and videos) for the claim.

Resolution: We will evaluate and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Process: Send the evidence to the customer service team with purchase details.

To validate your warranty, please note that the product must arrive defective or incorrect. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
